Dont let that kill your enthusiasm for PS4 modding entirely though, as theres still several overhaul mods that significantly change up the Fallout 4 experience on the Playstation platform. This may be because the game is recognizing that something is wrong with the rest of the city. The lack of space and inability to add in huge new assets just wont allow for such major changes to the base game. It simply doesn't feel like the bustling hub of survivors it should. Diamond City EnhancedDiamond City is, let's face it, a bit disappointing. Interestingly enough, the raiders in Nuka World are sending me to kidnap and kill people that are at home plate, my house in the city. Fully customizable, packed with additional on-screen information, and much more useful and readable than the standard UI, this mod is a must for anyone and everyone playing Fallout 4. I also downloaded and played through the Huntress Manor mod with the Lovecraft plot while in Far Harbor. It may be a weapon or radio mod, but I'm not sure. I've tried disabling all of these and I still can't get into the city. I think the issue might be related to Tales from the Commonwealth, Welcome to Goodneighbor, or the goodneighbor apartment reccommended by the author of the goodneighbor mod. The EBR wasn't showing up in game anyways so I'll leave it disabled for now.

I tried disabling the MK14 EBR rifle hoping this would fix the issue.

Could be 5 minutes in between could be 30 but they dont stop once ive entered the downtown area/diamond city surrounding area. Keep in mind that you NEED to put it at the absolute bottom of. After extensive testing my game seems to run fine for long periods of time but if i venture anywhere near diamond city or surrounding city i start to experience random CTDS. It doesn't add any quests but adds a lot of NPCs, several explorable new districts and even background houses in the high stands to make the place seem larger.

How can I get a list of my plug ins without manually typing all 90 of them here? Diamond City Expansion is by far the largest DC mod, and is very well-designed.

I'm using Vortex to manage my mods, using control+A and control+C won't let my paste my plugin list here.
